Meet Our Expert Lacrosse Coaches
Specialty: Offensive Skills, Shooting, Dodging
Coach Law is from Littleton, Colorado where he was named the Colorado High School Player of the Year in 2009. That same season he was named an All-American while leading his team to the State Championship. While studying and playing lacrosse at the University of Denver, Coach Law garnered All-America honors and finished his career as the sixth highest point scorer in school history. He now plays professionally in both the NLL and MLL and has been named an All Star on four occasions. Coach Law has won the MLL Championship twice, was named the MVP of the MLL Championship game in 2016, and was honored as the MLL Offensive Player of the Year in 2017.
Coach Law now works as a Director for City Lax, which provides opportunities to under-served youth through the sport of lacrosse. In addition to his work at City Lax, he coaches various youth teams and clinics in the Denver area.
Specialty: All things lacrosse
Coach Langtry is from Massapequa, Long Island, New York. He played high school lacrosse at St Anthony’s and college ball at Hofstra University. After that he played for a decade in the NLL (Colorado Mammoth) and MLL (Denver Outlaws, Long Island Lizards) professional leagues. Along the way Coach Langtry garnered countless awards and honors, such as All American, Conference Player of the Year, NLL Rookie of the Year, MLL All Star (multiple times) and was a member of Team USA at the World Indoor Championships.
Coach Langtry currently coaches for Highlands Ranch High School, DOCO Lacrosse Club and LangtryLax Lacrosse Camps. He has previously coached at Arapahoe and Cherry Creek High Schools.
Specialty: Defensive Skills
Coach Sanders is from Denver, Colorado and attended Cherry Creek High School. At Cherry Creek he was a two time State Champion and an All American. After graduating from high school in 2006, he went on to play lacrosse at the University of Denver where he was a 3 year starter for the Pioneer’s defense. Following DU, Coach Sanders made his way to Vancouver, British Columbia to play indoor lacrosse in the Junior A league. Coach Sanders was drafted into the Canadian Western Lacrosse Association by the New Westminster Salmon Bellies and the National Lacrosse league by the Colorado Mammoth in 2010. Unfortunately, Coach Sanders was unable to pursue a professional career in lacrosse due to injury.
After his playing career, Coach Sanders went back to coach for his high school Alma Mater with the same coach that coached him (head lacrosse coach Bryan Perry). As Defensive Coordinator at Cherry Creek for 5 years, he helped lead the team to State Championship victories in 2015 and 2017. Along with coaching at Cherry Creek, Coach Sanders has coached numerous Denver Elite teams since 2009.
Coach Calkin is from Denver, Colorado and attended JK Mullen High School. There, he was a two time All-State player, an All American his senior year, and also played in the State Championship game. After graduating from Mullen in 2009, Coach Calkin played three seasons at the University of Denver. At Denver, he was a member of two NCAA Final Four teams. The Pioneers won the 2011 ECAC regular-season championship and were the 2011 and 13 ECAC Tournament championships.
After his playing career, Coach Calkin joined the staff at John Carroll University in its first year as an NCAA Division III program. With Coach Calkin on staff working with the offense and face-offs, John Carroll went 13-4 in 2014. He is now an assistant lacrosse coach for the Sacred Heart University Men’s Lacrosse team.

Coach Vitt is from Centennial, Colorado where he attended Arapahoe High School and was named a two time All State and All American player. He was named the Colorado High School Player of the Year in 2000. Upon graduating from high school, he went on to play lacrosse at The Ohio State University. While at Ohio State, Coach Vitt played attack from 2002-2005. Ohio State made it to the NCAA Tournament in 2003 and 2004 while he was a member of the team.
After graduating from Ohio State, Coach Vitt became the Offensive Coordinator at Arapahoe High School from 2009-2015. During that time he helped lead the team to three State Championship victories. Additionally, he was named the Colorado High School Assistant Lacrosse Coach of the Year award winner in 2010. He served as Offensive Coordinator at Cherry Creek High School in 2016 and 2017, winning the State Championship in 2017. In addition to coaching at the high school level, Coach Vitt has coached numerous youth teams, camps and clinics.
